Melissa Forbes will be leading a yoga and sacred geometry retreat in South India. Shreyas Retreat, a luxury property outside of Bangalore, will host the event January 19 - 27, 2025. Melissa has studied with some of India's most revered teachers, including TKV Desikachar, Pattabhi Jois and UG Krishnamurti.
